Some years ago I injured my neck and shoulder. After many trips to a physiotherapist and acupuncturist and having no results my brother recommended Mark. I could not believe the relief I felt after the first session. I continued to see Mark on a weekly basis and within a month I was pain free.Recently I attended my GP with lower back, shoulder and neck pain which was restricting movement and preventing sleep. She suggested I see a Consultant who would investigate through MRI’s, X-rays etc. resulting in medication and injections. I phoned Mark and explained and, although he was very busy, slotted me in that day. The relief after the first session was amazing. I have just come back from the second session and cannot believe the mobility I have in my back, shoulders and arms. I have very little joint and muscle pain and my sleep pattern has improved. I will continue to see Mark until I am pain free – 2 to 3 more sessions. Mark’s treatments are a terrific energy booster and he is a great healer. He also structures treatments accordingly.I would recommend Mark to anyone who needs treatment for muscle or joint pain – sports injuries, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, back pain etc. I would also recommend his treatments for those suffering stress and in need of an energy boost.His practice is an oasis of peace and tranquillity.
